What is TRE®?

The innovative TRE® technique employs seven basic exercises, including muscle stretches exercises to alleviate muscle tension and soothe the neurological system by safely activating a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating. The combination of actions results in a residual muscle vibration that travels up your legs and into your body. Subsequent muscular shaking helps your mind and body relax. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and regulated environment, the body is encouraged to return to a state of balance and calmness. 
It can be used as a treatment alternative in group settings or one-on-one. It is simple enough to be suitable for people of various fitness and agility levels. Not least because it can be adapted to account for any physical constraints.

A 90 min experiential introduction to somatic techniques in a safe environment with a small group that will accompany you on this journey. Furthermore, before the programme begins, you will receive helpful information to enhance your understanding of TRE®. You will learn:
